Conversion of existing agricultural buildings
- Change of use of land from agricultural to training and breeding of horses.
- Conversion of existing agricultural buildings to stabling for 17 horses.
- Temporary mobile home for essential worker.
- Erection of horse walker.
- Previous owner had two unsuccessful attempts at gaining permission for equestrian use.
- New owner of site instructed the Practice to address landscape and highway issues.
- Following careful negotiations with Planning and Highway Authorities a new application was approved without reference to planning committee.
