  • Approved by planning committee following representations made by the Practice.

Conversion of existing agricultural buildings

  • Change of use of land from agricultural to training and breeding of horses.
  • Conversion of existing agricultural buildings to stabling for 17 horses.
  • Temporary mobile home for essential worker.
  • Erection of horse walker.
  • Previous owner had two unsuccessful attempts at gaining permission for equestrian use.
  • New owner of site instructed the Practice to address landscape and highway issues.
  • Following careful negotiations with Planning and Highway Authorities a new application was approved without reference to planning committee.
